If you often catch yourself hunched over your desk, and are looking for a way to deepen your body awareness then you need to start saluting the desk!
SALUTE THE DESK® has been designed by a qualified yoga, tai chi and qigong instructor, who understands that stress and tension can build in the body. This tension needs to be released to help balance the mind and body. SALUTE THE DESK® addresses both the physical and mental aspects of stress and tension.
SALUTE THE DESK® navigates off 4 main swipe screens:
• SIT TALL- a workshop to improve your posture
• SALUTE THE DESK® - a full body stretching sequence
• ZONE IN- choose stretches to target specific body areas and release tension
• GUIDED RELAXATIONS- to calm and refresh
Each swipe screen launches an animated player- pause, rewind and fast forward as needed.
With each use, you will deepen your body awareness. You will learn to sit tall and improve your posture in a natural and relaxed way. This is the foundation for all of the stretching and relaxation sequences in the app.
Additional Features:
• Scheduling in practice is easy! Plan your sessions and set reminders to practice.
• View your session history on the calendar.
